The box is distressed from its former life. The disparate features from my collection of treasures, are somewhat narrative: soft, silken, red heart; transparent, blue glass ball; hard, clean jawbone, whitened by the ocean elements; sea tossed nut. They hint at a story to be told.

I like the way the colors, textures, and shapes of this composition interact.

This little gem needs to live inside.
