This tall regal sculpture reflects my affinity for repeating patterns. It also plays with negative space. I find the two metal pieces very attractive. and interesting in themselves.
I enjoyed designing this modular sculpture. The heavy base stabilizes it. The sculpture slips securely onto the sturdy pegs on the base for ease of transport. The top is also a decorative bracket, that holds the clear acrylic triangle in place. The acrylic is removable. I think it makes the piece look more formal. I like the look both ways.
I love this simple unique composition. It makes an elegant presence of strength in a garden or inside. |
