These mementos are framed in a black crate protected by clear acrylic sheets.
We might wonder at their meaning : a broken mirror, a ruffle and a gem. What could be their story ?
All are “found objects” from my collection...saved for just this sort of inspiration.
The “knot “ of glass was the catalyst for this sculpture.
I really like the composition. The elements are interactive:
white/black, reflection/glitter, broken/whole, flow/fixed,
darkness/light.
