This sculpture started with the interaction of two disparate types of rare “linear” ”found objects”. Each very interestingly suggests an unusual history, and suggests the question: how did this condition occur ? rather than what is/was that ? Adding the two rings stabilized the composition. If viewed on a horizontal plane, there is a realistic interpretation that jumps out at the viewer, implying motion and life.
