I wanted to play with the negative and positive spaces created when this metal sheet had been cut.
Framing the piece started the process.
I constructed the base. Then I could see to modify the center.I see clouds in both the negative space and the positive spaces.
This sturdy sculpture will make a strong, interesting garden accent.
