This strikingly simple piece plays with asymmetry & line/space.
The plowing disc had been opened. The outer edge was gently scalloped.
The resulting ring was a great candidate for a wall hanging.
The dark steel is striking, shows up well.
I like the pattern made by the similarly bent fence tops together.
What an interaction with the tension of “in-placeness” and direction of movement!
