This playful metal assemblage was waiting for me to find a way to suspend it.
The center pole was the just what I wanted. For the top, I found an interesting shiny steel disk with some holes along the edge.
I glued & wired this to the pole.
A wood scrap made the needed weighted base. To unify the look, I shaped copper sheeting & covered the wood.
Now I drilled & bolted the support structure to the base.
The aluminum tubes, from a TV antenna; the copper bells & hearts add sight & sounds to the fanciful assemblage.
Never a dull moment with creating !
