|Found object fun with mixing copper & aluminum with steel support. It is an elegant & interesting sculpture.|
Radiant cooling fins are fragile, prickly, & make interesting visual texture.
Much of the joining was non-welded. Rivets and chain were major joiners, with some epoxy on the brass casing
I treated the copper with Miracle Grow to bring out the mottled aqua coloring.
I welded the steel base and frame support.
I am quite pleased with the effect of the arc at top of the composition, and the copper strip trim accent on it.
There will be some gentle wind-generated sounds from the hanging pieces of copper tube and aluminum diamond plate.
