This construction of paper & plastic plays with color & shape. Not for outside.
The central support is a tube valued for its manufacturing marks. I reused the clear acrylic is a crucial base.
Joining these, I was free to color & shape the water color paper on the base; to drill & join the blue found objects for a finial. What fun!
